After a great Saturday morning workout, Livia (my roommate) and I took the Big Blue Bus all the way to Santa Monica...to go to MICHAELS! (: I simply love Michaels; I believe I can spend hours in there just browsing through every inch of that store. Joe can attest that!
We went into a thrift store and the decorations were all so quaint. Felt like I was somewhere in London for a moment. Loved the parquet flooring, the brick walls, the old sofa, and lamp. The vintage lace pieces they carried were pretty, albeit a little eerie.
I bought some yarn and knitting needles from Michaels! My summer goal is to learn how to knit a simple scarf. Had a really awesome day with Livia walking around 3rd St. Promenade. <3
