Easy Meals
Sometimes, knowing when you have to cook for yourself gets a little frustrating, since preparation and cooking takes so much time. Not to mention all the left-overs. So I tend to cook simply when J is not here.
Brunch: Omelette with chopped onions, ham, and spinach leaves. Served with butter crackers.
Dinner: Pul-go-gi (already marinated,you just have to stir-fry!) and spinach leaves on toast.
So delicious and fuss free and no left-overs guaranteed!
