New York Winter 2013 Restaurant Week [Cafe Boulud]

I was so excited to hear about Restaurant Week and took this opportunity to try out some restaurants that have been on my 'to-eat' list in NYC. With so many restaurants participating, it was really overwhelming to narrow down my selections. Knowing that I'll only be in NYC for a short period of time, I decided on a few restaurants that received one Michelin star.

 {braised beef paleron}
pommes aligot, red pepper piperade, watercress

caramelized apple, brown sugar biscuit, cinnamon ice cream
