Merry Christmas!
Christmas is definitely my favorite and most loved holiday. Although, it's one holiday that everyone seems to be gaining weight. Well, after Halloween, it's like this non-stop eating season until the end of the year. Maybe that's why "lose weight" or "eat healthier" seems to be on everyone's New Year's resolutions. But that doesn't always seem to work does it? (: Since I don't believe in diets, I will need to work out constantly to shed off those unnecessary calories. But for now, let's just enjoy the Christmas spirit and of course, the food.
This year, I was in charge of making the highlight of Christmas dinner: prime rib. My sister had the honor of decorating and lighting the Christmas tree and we both were responsible for wrapping the presents.
