Loving my Greens

I'm proud to say that J and I have finally decided on a gym that suits us both and that we have been working out diligently for the whole week! It's not very long, but we're getting to our goals. Baby steps!

By the time we get done with our workout, it's dinner time. I've been going to the grocer to stock up on healthy items and I made salad for dinner! So reasons why I love making my own salad is that I get to choose what I want and don't want (cheeses of all sorts) in my greens. I also get to control how much dressing that I add and I get to add avocados at no extra charge! 


{fresh herb mix, blueberries, toasted walnuts, 1 hard boiled egg, tomatoes, pineapples, apples, mushrooms, chicken breast}

P.S. I wish the iPad came with a higher resolution camera. Just saying...
