By the time we get done with our workout, it's dinner time. I've been going to the grocer to stock up on healthy items and I made salad for dinner! So reasons why I love making my own salad is that I get to choose what I want and don't want (cheeses of all sorts) in my greens. I also get to control how much dressing that I add and I get to add avocados at no extra charge! ❤
{fresh herb mix, blueberries, toasted walnuts, 1 hard boiled egg, tomatoes, pineapples, apples, mushrooms, chicken breast}
P.S. I wish the iPad came with a higher resolution camera. Just saying...
